  This is a description of what I went through with this store. Over all they are rude on the phone and do not care about your house or personal life once the product is in your possession, they just want their money period. We had a washer and dryer and had them come pick it up because we didnt want it any more. They sent out one person with a van. He scratched up my hardwood floor. Left water all over the floor from the washer and didnt clean up his mess from anything. He didnt say anything to me parked in my grass. They are nice just to get your money once you tell them you dont want it anymore they dont they dont care about your opinion any more. We went on vacation and was unable to make a payment because we were not in Florida, they left very unprofessional and rude voice mails. When we called and confronted them about it they told us "oh we thought something might be wrong because your always on time and a great costumer" but from their voice mails you would think we were months behind on payments. I do not know if all Rent-A-Centers are like this but I know im going somewhere else for a washer and dryer because it was cheaper and they were way nicer.

  Very rude especially the store manager Jeanette . This people act like thugs and they will refuse your payment , close your account after you have paid it for months and ask for the merchandise back. Been doing business with Rac for many years over 10 years and I have never seen a more unprofessional bunch. Please if you want to rent go to any of their other stores not this one . This store is independently owned and Rac can't do much if you have a complaint other send email to my owner. Go to the one on John Young near down town Kissimmee very friendly and helpful. But not this store they will scream at you and then close your account , ask for the stuff back and steal your money.
